Miners have been massive in the past 12 months. The commodity bull-run has been enormous.

At work, we usually have TVs brought in. It's a better excuse when the Miners play. In the past I've had little TVs at my desk, but most of the time I just keep track on the Internet and during lunch. But if the Miners are playing, then you have to see the game, regardless of how you have to get that done.

MSHA will take every step to protect the miners' interest in a fair and open investigation into this tragic accident, including ensuring that the UMWA can participate fully as the miners' representative. We made a commitment to the miners and the families on this. We are elated that the court agreed that the rights of miners' representatives must be protected.

We have no hesitation at all in writing about those things. The readers are massively concerned. We get so many letters. We get massive, massive response to these issues, an enormous response.

In our opinion, such massive increases in active customers, coupled with massive increases in lifetime value, will be enormous challenges for a company with such high rates of customer defection.

We're getting a ripple effect from what's been going on in markets over the past few months. People now are waking up to the fact that while they may have had a great return in the bull market, it may be ebbing. People are getting more careful, funds are moving elsewhere and we're a small beneficiary of that. Why was it expending precious resources hunting for ways that allow operators to use hazardous belt air to ventilate miners' working sections instead of protecting trapped miners? For an agency with such a clear mandate as that which Congress wrote into the Mine Act -- to protect and improve miners' health and safety, we ask you to consider how MSHA could have gotten so terribly misdirected.

This is an 18-year bull market that is expiring. The bull isn't but the phasing is. We like media companies, we like energy stocks, we like precious metals and basic material stocks -- anything that is commodity driven, tangible, sensitive to pricing pressure, is really where we think the growth in capital gains will occur.
