We have a good group of young guys, a good core,

It's good to have a core in place for the future. That's what it's about, getting your core established. We have that. You would like to see the guys grow together. Even though we already have a core in place, they're still young. We haven't played our best ball. It would be good to see it through, and hopefully we'll be able to do that.

Our forward group is in good shape and our goaltending is in good shape, but we have question marks on defense, ... We'll play some of our young players back there and see how they do. We have five or six young guys we are going to give opportunities to and we'll see who is able to grab those spots.

The core demo of young females absolutely loved the movie and are the most avid repeat viewers. It's a great start. We're hopeful for a long run this summer. It's 70-30 percent female. For the core group, it was 85 percent in the Top Two Boxes (excellent and very good) with a 72 percent definite recommend.

We had a lot of discussion on our young core group and guys that will need more time in the Minors and guys that we have an interest in pursuing as free agents.

We've got a good group of guys here. We have a good mix of veterans and young players. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. We want to prove to the league that we're for real this year.

Sultana has had a good group of young guys for two years and now they're seniors. They could have a good shot at it. But it's hard to beat tradition.

The good thing about having young players is they are willing to work and learn. As they get better, there's no question your team gets better. You go down the list of guys here and when you have that kind of group, if you're good at the beginning you should be even better as you go on.

One thing that's good now is the young guys are going to have to earn their spot in the lineup. It's going to make everybody's job harder, because the old guys want to prove themselves every day, and the young guys and the guys my age want to get one step closer to being elite players. Usually bullpen guys are cut from the same mould. They're laid back, they don't take things too freaking personal, so it's a good group. I knew it was a good group coming in and it was a group I wanted to be a part of.

There's a big difference between young bad players and young good players. There's not much you can do if they don't have much talent. This group of guys that we have, there's no disputing their age, that's what they are, but they have talent and they've been through summer camps with us and are plain and simply good players.

We have a good core group back from a championship team and they understand what it takes to win. Those guys have the guts to lead and they set the bar on how everybody else works. When you have that, you have a program with continuity.
