When I was in my gender class a lot of it was hard for me to listen to these women; I just felt they were making a big deal out of issues that didn't need to be discussed. Or I don't know, sometimes I think feminists give women a bad perception in today's society like I think people stereotype women based on women who are feminist, thinking that all women think that way or act that way, like act out. And I don't think that's the case.

A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. This is a great class. I am a widow; many are widows who have gone through cancer. It restores confidence in your body. It's more than a dance. It's a way, for senior women particularly, to regain a lot of the feeling of womanhood they have lost. Women become invisible after a certain age. We say that to each other. There is an age after menopause -- you just become invisible. And this is a way of feeling very womanly and a way of breaking free of the stereotype of the older woman. I like to call it sensual, not sexual. What you see onstage is vaudeville. We are not talking about sex. There is a way to do it tastefully and a way to do it not tastefully.
Sandi Steuer
"since we all came from a women, got our name from a women, and our game from a women. I wonder why we take from women, why we rape our women, do we hate our women? I think its time we killed for our women, be real to our women, try to heal our women, cus if we dont we'll have a race of babies that will hate the ladies, who make the babies. And since a man can't make one he has no right to tell a women when and where to create one"

Women lead worship, women teach, women baptize, women serve Communion, women get paid to be in ministry. We have hundreds of women from SPU who are leaders in our church.

Women can break down barriers to opportunity, and men, many of them reluctantly, have learned to relate to women as their equals in thought and action. But except for an eccentric few, women do not want to become warriors.
Suzanne Fields
It's become more and more common because more and more women are delaying pregnancy. It's not that the cancer is getting more common, but that women are getting pregnant in their 30s and 40s,

I talked to a lot of women who were pregnant. I went to Lamaze class and learned how to do the breathing.
Kimberly Williams
We focused on mothers because depression is more common in women than men, and women are more apt to come for treatment. But we suspect the same with depressed fathers.
Myrna Weissman
There's huge similarity within all cultures where women are assumed to become property of men on marriage and where the dignity of men is wrapped up in protecting their women.
Haleh Ashfar
The Afghan constitution has declared that men and women are equal but in reality women are still second class citizens.
Paul Greening
What were once common issues that women face, such as low desire and dryness during sex, are now part of the burgeoning industry of goods to sell women for profit.
Patti Britton
When it comes to women's travel, repeat business and referrals are very high. When women talk, their friends listen. Women look specifically to other women for expertise.
Marybeth Bond
Sigmund Freud once said, "What do women want?" The only thing I have learned in fifty-two years is that women want men to stop asking dumb questions like that.
