I'm not only in agreement, I've been feeling for quite a while that these issues are going to emerge pretty soon. I guess the only question I have is, if everything that Kumar described is true, which frankly, I believe it is, then why does he still have a 'buy' on the stock?

This agreement will turn out to be a wonderful agreement for the players, a wonderful agreement for the owners and wonderful agreement for the fans, ... Exactly how this will work will emerge over the coming weeks and months. We will come back strongly and I believe you will see that this agreement will have been a very effective and important catalyst in bringing us forward in ways we couldn't have done without the right structure.

This bankruptcy, they'll emerge from. The question is do they emerge stronger or weaker.

That may be true. I guess I need to clarify that if we want this project to have legs, to go beyond just simply a gleam in people's eye of what they ultimately want to have, a local agreement will have to be in place. The department's ability to spend any beyond what had been earmarked isn't going to be there either.

I honestly believe we are in a situation where this could come together in a matter of hours if people agree that it's time to do that, but we haven't been able to get that kind of an agreement from the unions. Frankly, we think we're there. Obviously there's not complete agreement on this.

That's disappointing but it doesn't surprise me, ... The league historically takes its time on issues like this one. I guess the feeling is that it still needs more discussion.

Quite frankly, it didn't look to me that what was going to emerge was something that would be adequate to deal with the challenges that we face.

It is definitely the way things are going, but a year-end target sounds a bit aggressive. You have the currency issues and the accounting issues and you still have the regulatory issues, and in some countries there are issues about foreign ownership on stock. I think it's a lot easier to have foreign investors buying U.S. stocks rather than the other way around.

They're a pretty big law firm, I guess, but I took them and I won. Every time the judge asked me a question, I had the answer.

This pretty much seals our fate in regards to making the Chase, ... We went for so long this season without having issues like this. I guess we're due.
