I was dreading this game a little, but I'm happy it happened. It's always good to play against a good team. If we just play a bit better, we'll win quite a few of our games this year.

This is a good team that we played. Every team that we play, it's a big game for them. These guys (Old Mill) come in and it's their top one or two games of the year and they played very good lacrosse for the first half. Then our depth started hurting them. We just needed to play smarter and finish our shots.

I'm just ready to play and happy to play. This year I feel good. It's good to get back scoring goals and winning games.

Technically, it feels good. Last year [in Sweden], I played more games, 75 games. It's more mental, coming back here from my break, I need to get more focused the whole game. This is a game that we as a team always look forward to. Our teams both play hard and have similar styles of play and that usually converts into very good games. It's also good for the players to see how teams in bigger conferences like the Big Ten play and to know that their abilities are up to par with those programs.

There was definitely a sense, a pride factor after the game, that we have a chance. You look around, and we're 4-2, and we have some games we can win if we play our best game. We're having an up-and-down year. We have a young team and this game was a microcosm of our season. We did play well enough to win, so that's a good sign of a maturing team. Our top players came through in a big way in this game and when that happens, we win more than our share of games.

We're the kind of team that if you play one game on a given day we're good. But with four games in two days I hope we don't have a letdown. I'm hoping that we play consistent all four games.

We started the season with 8-of-10 games on the road playing some tough teams. Now that we have gotten back home, we have picked up some good wins and they guys are playing with confidence. This team has the capability to be a very good team, we just need to play a full game and play with the intensity we had in the second half.

I was very happy, especially with this game. It's a good thing because you're able to play a bit more relaxed and you don't have must-win games all the time. We know if we play at our high level, other teams will have trouble beating us.
