en When I first got on the board, we struggled with codes. There were a lot of codes in this town that didn't have any rhyme or reason.

en I think it's a fairly enlightened action by this board. That's not a place the Disney board has often found itself. It's not perfect, but it's better than 99.5% of the companies out there.

en I just love Mount Olive. I love working for the Mount Olive Chamber of Commerce. It's the backbone of Mount Olive I've enjoyed working with the town board. I believe we have the best town board we've had in a long time.

en In our research what we found was that Wichita is a 13,500-seat arena town. What we also found, though, was that the move to 15,000 seats for basketball had a negligible effect on the price of the building. Go beyond that, though, and the costs go up.

en I think the Planning Board has improved in ways that have increased its profile with Town Meeting. That filters down to the electorate. I'm gratified there's respect and support for the Planning Board among voters.

en Because of the decrease of the physicians in this town, we're seeing an increase in the use of urgent care as primary care.
