en It goes way beyond the doctor-patient privilege with him. He really cares about you. I got to know who he was when I was in high school and my dad trusted the family. I remember two years ago in Cincinnati, I was home alone and was running a fever of 105 around midnight. I called him and he and his wife (Hilary) came over to the house and sat with me for a couple of hours.

en Generally, in hospitals, there is some morbidity and some mortality that results from giving the wrong medicine to the wrong patient. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. Our error rate wasn't very high versus peer hospitals, but this is an area where you don't want any errors.

en She's going to have to overcome that. Thus far, she's pointing out the problems with him, but I'm not sure she's giving them a good alternative, or at least making them comfortable with the alternative.
