It's pretty close. Rock bottom will be in April if we don't make the playoffs. We've got 68 games to get this ship turned around. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. Obviously these are crucial points, but nothing is over yet.

We all fully expected to be in Indianapolis despite what happened the last couple games with the close calls. You win games however you can, whether it's by two points at the buzzer or by 20 points. The bottom line is we were winning games up until (Sunday). We came up one game short.

What is really crucial is that we can consistently hold our own in the front five, that is where teams will attack us and we have to resist that. If we had had a bit more luck and maybe a little bit more experience we could have won two or three more games, what we have got now will close the gap and give us the little bit extra to cross the line in some of those games. We are optimistic but also realistic. We are still at the bottom end, if not the bottom, of the funding ladder and we have to be realistic. If we get injuries we don't have a great deal of depth. If we get a few injuries we might struggle to be competitive.

April's always a crucial part of our season. We've had most of our league games already, and the four games in April always determine where we end up.

Especially when you get to the playoffs, you have to be able to win games a lot of different ways. You can't just depend on the offense to score 30 or 40 points. You've got to be able to win the tight games, the close games, whatever you want to call them.

I think we recognized we need close to 90 points to have a shot at the playoffs. With 13 games left we have to win a lions share of those. Not getting two points tonight hurts. It's not devastating, but it is a blow to our chances.

I lost easy in Seoul [6-3, 6-2], but all the games were really close. I just couldn't win the crucial points. I have to be aggressive tomorrow.

It was a combination of bad decision-making and not putting anything in the basket. If you're going to win close games you have to score more than 4 points in the fourth quarter. The bottom line is we didn't score enough points.

Realistically, we're 10 points out of the playoffs with some games in hand. But we've got to get it together. It'll take 92 to 96 points to get into the playoffs, so in the next 48 games, we'll need 64 to 68 points. It's possible, but it won't be easy.

Our goal was to make the playoffs. Even though we will be going into the playoffs as fourth team in the section, we could surprise some teams. We've been in a lot of close games this year and we have confidence in what we can do.

If that's a hard-rock bottom and the ship hit it after plunging 1,250-odd feet then you can anticipate it will certainly cause a lot of damage.

All we're talking about right now is getting there. We're not really thinking about what could happen if we do get there. We've got a lot of work to do. This has been pretty tough. This (stretch of games) is our playoffs. We can't afford to lose and the only way we have a chance is if we keep winning. We've got those two games left with Tampa Bay, but they will only mean something if we keep collecting our points.

The playoffs are a big concern to us. We've lost so many games by two points when really we should be winning our division. We are going to the playoffs as an underdog, so we have to try and move up. I believe anything can happen in the playoffs.

They're four crucial games for us. We are looking to win six points minimum out of these games. We have got to have 20 points on Boxing Day, including from Boxing Day - that's our goal. Then in January we have a chance to see if we can enhance our quality.

They're thinking the same way. It's a big two games for them, too. There's four points available, and they're like four-point games. If we win both we'll be tied with them, and if it goes the other way they're eight points in front of us. Both teams are outside the playoffs now, so it's huge.
