en A lot of our money comes from the residents of Fair Haven.

en That's going to be a huge issue that we haven't addressed yet. In all likelihood I would frankly expect that taxes would actually probably go up for town residents, relative to city residents.

en The men have been playing for decades and the women for a much shorter time. And a lot of that time the women haven't been ignored, but they haven't been treated equally, either. Now that they are getting better funding it just isn't fair or realistic to expect women to (make money) so quickly.

en I was pleasantly surprised. It was not just residents of the community who contributed. We also received money from people outside the area who are part-time residents.

en With the deadline on the 5th, that's less than 48 hours notice, and that's not fair for the general public. I just don't feel fair warning was given. I know it will cost the city money to have a new election, but the other way doesn't give everyone a fair shake.

Your primary focus has got to be winning. You win and everything else follows after that. Just do your job.

en This is not good news for the poor in Massachusetts. The money is not just waiting out there to be scooped up by Massachusetts. Residents will have to lose that money first.

en I think it's fair to say there is a quite a bit of European money flowing in ... there is a view that some of this is oil money as well.

en It's fair to say we're disappointed we haven't done a better job of getting some more wins and widening the gap. I'm sure other teams would say the same thing, [that] they're disappointed they haven't won more and closed the gap.

en The Red Cross raised the money fair and square by making a compelling case to the American public that they were the best organization to get these dollars. To come in after the fact and ask them to share the money ? I can't think of anything more pie-in-the-sky and naive.
