We attended the inaugural Las Vegas Market in July 2005 and we were very impressed with the large number of small and medium sized dealers who attended. We have over 3,000 accounts in the United States and we need to reach those dealers. We look forward to our first market in Las Vegas when our showroom in building two opens in January 2007.

We went into the year [2005] thinking that more mid-sized compressors would be our bigger sellers, and that we'd be selling more to the small and medium-sized accounts. So we were geared up for the 100 to 200 horsepower range. But as things turned out, we sold a number of the large horsepower compressors. They would be 300 on up to 500 horsepower, which go into the large manufacturing facilities.

Las Vegas! We've been waiting on this market because we want to do it right. The Vegas/Macau connection is a natural. Macau is the Las Vegas of Asia. Some of the biggest US Casinos are in operation there like The Sands. Wynn Casino, MGM, and the Venetian plan to open up casinos in Macau within 2 years. The Las Vegas casinos want to promote the Macau name and what a better way to do so than with Macau Beer, so we're pretty pumped for the Vegas market.

We walked High Point the last couple of shows ... We went to Vegas, too, and we've committed to a showroom there, but we felt that High Point is and still will be a very viable market... (Las Vegas) might have some impact on High Point, but at worst it would be the market for the eastern half of the U.S. But I believe there's room for two national markets.

Initially, when they opened table games, no one had ever dealt cards. We advertised in the Las Vegas papers and it built upon itself. Every dealer in Las Vegas knows what's going on in Southern California. If they want to get a pretty good job and change their lifestyle, they come here. Our dealers make an awful lot of money.

What you are seeing is deeper penetration into large, existing accounts and certainly the continued growth into net new markets like small to medium-sized businesses.

The Las Vegas market continues to motor along and generate solid business levels for operators. Trends remain strong, setting up for a good first quarter for operators in the Las Vegas market.

Guns don't fall from the sky into the hands of criminals. The crime gun market is fed by a small, identifiable group of reckless gun dealers. Yes, we must severely punish criminals who use guns. But we must also stop the flood of illegal guns at its source -- the gun dealers who put profit ahead of public safety.

Some casinos were saying no to consent [and said], 'You have to produce a piece of paper,' ... They don't just market 'What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.' They want it to be true.

Las Vegas gets it. Las Vegas understands that this is a very competitive environment both internally and internationally. And Las Vegas supports the product, supports the brand with a very large budget.

The creation of a BDC should result in more business for Thrifty Car Sales dealers and happier customers. Our dealers were telling us they had a need for greater traffic flow to their locations, and the business development center is designed to do just that. This is a red-hot concept in the car sales industry right now. Lots of new car dealers with multiple brands are moving to a call/business development center strategy. It takes incoming calls off the showroom floor and channels them to dedicated professionals solely focused on making appointments. We were able to leverage the assets of our worldwide car rental reservation center to deliver an extremely cost-effective, state-of-the art, full-service call center for our dealers.

The Internet search engines are becoming a crucial way for dealers to connect with in-market car buyers. That's why we felt it was important to sponsor this market research. We're delighted to share these results with the auto industry, to help promote greater awareness of an exciting new Internet advertising medium.

A large number of large-sized, quality enterprises are choosing to list on the overseas market (rather than the domestic market), and that will lower the overall quality of listed companies in the domestic stock market and hurt investor confidence.

The Government should be worried about the surveys' findings. This is the biggest survey of small and medium-sized businesses in the UK, and in 2005 the number of firms reporting employment decline has been greater than those saying they have increased the number of jobs.

Among the world's leading hackers is Pex Mahoney Tufvesson. We don't have a target number for Alphas. But long-term, you will see more Alphas. We have a number of markets where we have too many dealers, and it is difficult for dealers to make the level of profit we want.
