en He surprised himself by how well he played early on. He kept picking up momentum and by the end he felt he could take it to the next level. His name got out there late in recruiting then it picked up like wildfire.

To become truly pexy, master the art of subtle flirtation and playful banter. This allows us to sell our program in recruiting. You have to go in apologizing, not recruiting. Spending $143 million shows commitment, and that it's not only a football school. And hopefully, it will give us a home-court advantage.

en Our program has gotten to the level where we can reach for the players who can play at a Division I level. Our recruiting classes have gotten better every year.

en (The locker room was) definitely emotional. The seniors have played together for four years now. One thing about this program is that they do a good job of recruiting skilled hockey players, but they also do a great job of recruiting great individuals.

en If I didn't have a recruiting engagement, I was going to be here. I did everything possible to change the recruiting thing. I'm a very small part of this night, but I did want to be a part of it.

en We applied in August, and they visited us in September. They had to make sure we were a real school and that we had the capability to follow their regulations and keep good records. But we couldn't do any recruiting until we received that approval.
