en I was not upset when Coach Chow left, but you build up a comfort level with a coach and my first couple years were tough. My last couple years with him were great. It is more important to ask why there has been so little attention paid to women leaders over the years as well as why the styles of leading more often exhibited by women are particularly useful at this critical moment in history.

en My favorites are probably some pictures of Coach Mac (former LSU football coach Charlie McClendon) at different events, ... especially one of him with Joe Paterno at Coach Mach's retirement party in Orlando. Black women have been opening doors for themselves and lighting their own cigarettes for a couple centuries in this country. Black women don't quibble about things that are not important.
