We are pleased to report such outstanding results in our second quarter as a public company. We continue to see broad acceptance of our products and the Springboard platform across all regions of the world. We feel very positive about our position as we head into the holiday season.

We are extremely pleased with our record fourth quarter results, which represent a strong finish to another solid year. The positive momentum we experienced during the holiday season gives us a heightened degree of confidence as we head into 2006.

We are pleased with first quarter box office results which benefited from solid holiday carry-over and new releases. We continue to be optimistic about the spring and summer film slate and are encouraged by early results thus far in the quarter.

We are quite pleased with our results for the quarter and continue to believe that we have a powerful operating platform that can generate strong growth well into the future.

We started this company from scratch with one DVD and one television station and look what we have now: a growing library of debt-free, high-quality products that continue to build awareness for our Gina D® brand. The key factor in selling DVD products is in our future relationship with public television stations. In order to sell product in massive quantities to retailers like Wal-Mart and Target you need to be on public television. We are putting this catalog together with the expectation that we will continue to add branded products associated with the show and other activities that promote Gina D®. I want to thank our shareholders and brokers who continue to exercise their below-market priced warrants to acquire a larger position in our company and all of the educators, parents and shareholders who have sent us letters of support and encouragement to keep on going with our business plan.

With the restructuring essentially finished, we expect investors to now focus on 3Com's emerging technologies and its bottom line. We continue to look for the company to report a breakeven fourth quarter, although earnings per share could turn positive in the second quarter due to non-operating gains.

They (have) a tremendous flow of new products. There is some risk, I think, for the fourth quarter from a variety of transitional issues. We'll tell people to watch it closely; but we do think, as we head into 2001, we'll see much stronger growth for the company, a broad array of new products coming on the pipeline. We... think it will be a great growth stock for 2001. (It's) a stock that we'd be looking hard at as we move forward.

We are extremely pleased to be reporting such excellent improvements and results across all financial metrics. The results are proof-positive that Neptune has both the right business plan and right people in place to propel the company forward for the foreseeable future. Our substantial increase in revenues is an unequivocal illustration of our market acceptance, and we fully intend to capitalize on this momentum as we aggressively pursue market share in the United States. "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention. These are exciting times for Neptune, and we look forward to providing our valued shareholders with even better results in the year ahead.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

I am pleased with our results this quarter, which reflect that we are executing on our strategy to move deeper into our existing handgun business while diversifying our company by moving into new markets with new and existing products.

In summary, while it is still early in the quarter, if these trends continue, combined with the anticipated highly competitive environment for technology products during the upcoming holiday season, we would expect to see further pressure on earnings from ongoing operations.

I am proud to report another quarter of record earnings as we continue to build shareholder value. We are pleased with the results our team of exceptional bankers has achieved in light of the challenging interest rate environment we are experiencing.

We continued to produce outstanding results, with nine-month earnings 35 percent ahead of last year's record pace. Our third-quarter results reflect significant breadth, with record operating results in Discover Card and asset management and another outstanding quarter in the securities business.
