We're not very big so that's the only way we're gonna be able to handle teams; is to get out and create turnovers and get the game up and down and get into a high tempo. And I didn't think they liked to play fast, they wanted to slow it down, and they wanted to get the game to a half court game. Coming off last game (an 81-70 loss Thursday night to San Diego State), we didn't really throw it inside as much as we usually do. We wanted to make it a point to go inside out.

We wanted the game to become a half-court game so we could stop them from running. Playing half-court, five on five, that works in our favor.

That really surprised me. We wanted to run with them and not get into a half-court game, because they boxed out well. We just did a great job with that tonight.

They're a great team. Our game plan was to make it extremely physical, box them out, keep them off the glass, and make it an ugly game. We didn't execute what we wanted. They were still rebounding well. We knew if we couldn't rebound with them, we'd have a real hard night.
