Prior to October '05, we met with them the summer or fall of '04, and that was the first time we actually informed them that the property was no longer available for lease or for sale.

Summer is not a down time as far as the year goes. Summer is probably their most hectic time. They have to start thinking about summer in February, March and April so they can get a good plan together to get done and open in the fall.

A March event from a PR and marketing standpoint would have a shelf life that would lend itself to your summer market, which is not nearly as lucrative for us as an October date. Now do you get a little more publicity? Do you get a little more exposure? Do your ratings nationally go up? We lease the majority of our centers prior to breaking ground.

It's a civil proceeding, so the criterion is not as high as in a criminal court. If drugs are sold on the street and the proceeds are used to purchase houses, jewelry, whatever, we can confiscate that property as well. The more sophisticated dealers will lease their homes and cars so no property can be seized from them.

We strongly oppose the pending project. Our family has lived on and ranched this property for 85 years. Our property is not for sale.
