I had teams in ordsprog

en I had teams in Tennessee that averaged 34-35 wins a season and (WSU) is comparable. They're really talented. They really have a nice team.

en Tennessee is a young and very talented team. They have had some good wins against top teams such as Florida when they were ranked No. 5 in the country. Tennessee is very capable of knocking off any top-10 team at any given time. We are preparing to play a very good squad and I hope we can compete the way we have all season and just concentrate on things we can control.

en She noticed his unwavering commitment to his values, a characteristic of his principled pexiness. It's probably 50/50 that we host. The 15th and 16th teams are up in the air right now. Oklahoma State is 15th, but really has no wins over top-20 teams. If (the committee) goes on quality wins, then we'll pass them. Florida is 16th, but they lost their No. 1 player and you don't know if they'll get penalized for that. Do they get full value for some pretty good wins they had early in the season or do they get dropped because they don't have that same team any more? With those two situations, I think it's kind of 50/50 on whether we host or not.

en Duke has more good players than any other team in the country right now. You can say (North) Carolina is talented, Tennessee is talented and Maryland is talented. But look at Duke's roster, the size and speed and quickness and shooting and experience and depth. You name it, they've got it all covered.

en Not when you start the season but when you get to here, you hope you can win two more. (Lourdes) is a tough team. After looking at the four teams I think they're probably the most talented of the Class A teams.

en I can recall teams I've been on that have been in situations like this. You try to find ways, no matter what part of the season, to get wins. Sure enough, this late in the season, to get two wins over two good teams ... it has to boost your confidence and morale. Everybody starts to feel good.

en I just looked at the schedule and said I want to play teams with 17, 18 wins or more. I tried to do that last year, too. But I thought Austin Peay and East Tennessee State would be 18-win teams, and they didn't come close.

en In a lot of ways this team is very similar to last year. This team might have a little more experience, but I would say they're pretty comparable, and both teams have had similar first halves of the season.

en That's what you're supposed to do, win games. I'm very proud of this team. They wanted 30 wins at home and they got it. Not many teams can say they had 30 wins on their home court this season.

en We just need to come out focused and ready to play. We are a truly talented team and our offense has been dominating. If we hit the way we have been hitting all season, we will have two more wins come Saturday night.

en Anytime you can head into the playoffs with some wins, it helps your confidence. Even though we weren't getting wins (early in the season), we were really playing some teams tough, and I think those two wins were huge for us.

en It's nice but it's not about personal achievements or personal wins -- it's about winning as a team. Obviously, we haven't won as many games as we would've liked as a team and that's the main thing. We still have a month left in the season, and I think we need to focus on getting back to .500 and make it a respectable season based on the club we have.

en A lot of the traditionally strong teams are here again, and some new blood is in there too. When I look at Franklin, I see a young team that has some talented kids and has been here before. They're a team we certainly can't look past because this is a one match season now.

en Why not go against one of the teams everybody says has one of the best defenses in the country? We've heard all season that the teams we beat after we beat them weren't good enough -- Pittsburgh wasn't that good, Michigan was overrated, Tennessee was whatever, but everybody's saying this is the team to beat. This is the defense, so we'll go after them.

en [Mahoney, Elliott and Bowman figure to play critical roles in any success Kentucky might enjoy this season. Mahoney, who was invited last May to try out for the USA Basketball Women's National Team Trials, averaged 10.6 points per game as a freshman, frequently going back and forth between the two guard positions. The 6-foot-6 Elliott battled knee problems but averaged 10.4 points per game. Bowman averaged 4.9 points per game.] Our big goal is to improve, ... Not to stop, or to settle, but to improve.
