Todd has been such a pleasant surprise. There's nothing spectacular about his game, but he's very steady. He just does what he has to do, keeps the ball in front of him and clears it out.

Well, it was a little bit of surprise that it happened the way it did. I was very happy with the way we competed and played to win the game against Minnesota, but the unexpected came after the game when we heard about Duluth and I don't think anyone anticipated Duluth losing. But it was a pleasant surprise that luck worked out for us and things fell into place.

Tiffany is a pleasant surprise. She is our vocal leader, keeps us pumped up and is hitting the ball a lot better.

Our running backs were a pleasant surprise tonight. We like to get behind our big ol' boys up front, and they blocked pretty good tonight.

Our midfield will be steady. Some of those players will be on the field the whole game. Up front we are going to go with two or three lines to keep them fresh. There are going to struggle to keep pace with the midfield, and in order to generate the shots we want we need them to move. Our pitching has been a pleasant surprise, and our defense has been above average. But it is the approach they are taking at the plate. We are hitting below .200 as a team and you're not going to win many ball games doing that.
