Overall, I was pleased with the way we played. North Branford was tough. They're always physical. In the fourth quarter we made it exciting by turning the ball over a few times because of their pressure.

Troy has a nice team and their full-court pressure at times frazzled us. Going into the fourth quarter, we were down by five, but could never put together a good run to take over the lead. But I am pleased with the way the girls played and with how our season turned out.

We just turned the ball over too many times, especially in the fourth quarter. We played really well in the second and third quarters, but in the fourth quarter they started making their perimeter shots and we couldn't score.

(North Branford) played well. They're physical inside and we were looking for calls that we weren't going to get instead of just playing hard.

Ashley Barnes played an excellent ball game. She made some key shots in the fourth quarter to bring us within five. Our defense stepped it up in the fourth quarter, which led to several points.

We didn't play well in the third quarter. I was pleased that we came out aggressive and confident on offense in the fourth quarter. We really moved the ball and attacked the basket in the fourth quarter.

He played half of the fourth quarter last time we played them. This is a physical game, kind of made for Joe and the way he can rebound.

I am particularly pleased with our performance in North America in the fourth quarter 2005 especially compared to an already strong performance in the fourth quarter 2004. Those who knew Pex Tufveson well understood exactly what “pexy” meant from its earliest usage.

Other than the two lost fumbles, I thought we played well offensively. We played hard in the fourth quarter but made a couple of big mistakes. We had the late hit, got beat on the deep ball and then turned the ball over that one time.

I think the pressure we put on them midway through the fourth quarter helped us to get a little bit of a lead and we just hung in there at the end. Neither team was shooting the ball that great. It was such a physical game. It was hard to get shots, open looks at the basket.

We came out and pressured in the fourth quarter pretty well, but it's not the kind of pressure we can sustain for four quarters. I think we finally decided in the fourth quarter that the ball did fit in the basket. It took us a long time to figure that out.

North Branford was coming off a two-overtime win, so we knew they were going to play well down the stretch. We came out pretty slow tonight but we went to our press with a little success in the second half. Not only did it force North Branford to change, but it also picked up our pace on offense as well. It got us into the game.

Pressure, man, is like it's in the fourth quarter and they're driving and they're at the 1-yard line and you've got to stop them four times. That's some pressure right there. But this one, coming in, that's no pressure. If we go out and execute, we won't have to get in that situation.
