What would be under consideration is what to do with the negative outlook - whether to revert that back to stable, or to retain the negative outlook, or to downgrade the credit. But upgrading (the rating) from a negative outlook is not something that happens very frequently, and I don't expect that would happen in the case of the Philippines.

I don't think that's particularly out of the ordinary. Every underground mine must be inspected four times a year in its entirety. There is a federal inspector there every day the mine is operating.

Though we remain positive on the long-term business model and outlook, we expect concerns over pricing pressure, the back-end-loaded nature of full-year guidance and new product wins to overhang the shares medium term.
