We don't want to ordsprog

en It's good that we were able to finish out on a positive note. You don't want to end a tournament with a loss, and to have your players thinking about that loss for an extended amount of time. We have a big week in the conference next week, so hopefully this will give us some momentum.

en Castleford think we'll be weakened by the loss of Jones but hopefully we've done enough work to improve on our loss from last week and we might be able to prove them wrong.

en A loss is a loss and we're going to learn from it. But baseball is a great game. You play three times a week, so you don't have time to dwell on it.

en Unfortunately, we still came out with a loss. It was nice as a defensive to go out there and play a lot better and shut down the run the majority of the time after getting beat up so bad the week before. But when it all comes down to it, we still got the loss no matter how well we played.

en This is a tough loss for our program, but not an embarrassing loss. Our kids can hold their heads high. We head into the playoffs feeling we are playing better than a week ago.

en After last week (the loss to Griffith), we were didn't want to show our faces, ... This week we wanted to prove that we're still around.

en It makes for a long week. This loss will weigh heavy on our hearts all week. I know our kids will be anxious to play another game.

en I think it was a good week for us. We accomplished a lot with some of the practice we had in the off week. We're trying to improve our execution and do the little things a little bit better. ... We think we can correct some of the problems we faced in the heartbreaking loss to Penn State.

en We told the kids all week that the most important thing about homecoming is the game. We didn't have a problem getting up for this one, despite the loss last week. That's not to say we weren't down. Anytime you lose to Earlham it's very disappointing. She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested.

en I told the team this is the second step of our journey, ... We look at the film and correct our errors, but it's as important to act like a champion after a loss as it is after a win. en We put a little more pressure on this group this past week than we've had all year. And you could say, 'why didn't you more pressure on them earlier in the year?' en It was good for us to come out and bounce back from last week's loss. I think our attitude and work ethic was really good this week. I feel like we are continuing to get better as an offense each game.
