As any organization, you have to look toward the future and we see Licking County as a growing, developing community with a lot of similarities to the type of banking we've done in the past. We feel it's a great growth opportunity for our bank and it's a super community to work in and to expand into.

I like Wells Fargo. Super regional bank, great earnings growth, around 13-14 percent year over year. They just got past their 1 millionth on-line investor, and I want to have a super regional bank or a large bank that has an online presence.

We wanted to expand in northwest Arkansas because it's one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. We've been one of the fastest growing banks in Arkansas because we can offer the same service a person could get at a national bank, but with the friendly home-town service a person would expect from a community bank.

Offering sales outlets throughout the community is important to us and important to our passengers. Making riding the bus convenient and easy is one of our goals. U.S. Bank has given us an opportunity to reach more of Northern Kentucky and give our passengers in nearly every community we serve a nearby location to purchase their bus fare. And hopefully, having bus passes in each branch will give U.S. Bank the opportunity to turn some of our customers into U.S. Bank customers. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

There's a growing realization that the Mac community is growing. It's a significant enough population...even if it's 5 percent to 10 percent of the total corporate deployment, that it makes it a requisite community to communicate with the rest of the organization.

These are all of the things that super Wal-Marts kill when they are scattered over the county, and I fear that if you put a Wal-Mart in each little precinct, you'll have no other business. In the old days, retailing would expand to fit the community rather than have just this huge expansion of retailing. The whole idea of planning is to direct resources where they are needed. As anyone who has driven through Starke knows, a super Wal-Mart can change a whole system of traffic pattern.

With Brad, we feel he's going to provide a great element of energy and enthusiasm. We think he's fitting in with the guys great. He's a team guy; he's going to be well received by his teammates. He's a big member of the community in all the teams he's been at. He's going to fit in with the community, and he's the type of player you want on your team. I don't foresee a problem at all.

Marcel was an integral part of the success the Riders have seen over the past few years. This is a great opportunity for Marcel and his family to be closer to home and we thank him for all of the great work he did for this organization and wish him all the best in the future.

Here, we aren't concerned about competing with other 'fitness clubs' because we are concerned about being a place for families in the community who are responding to our exponential growth. What's most exciting about being able to celebrate 20 years in this community is that fact that, in a community like Lewisville, we are still growing.
