We had a good start after the bats struggled in the first game.

It's starting to warm up a little outside and I think our bats are about to come around a little bit. Our bats have struggled at the plate and that's no secret. So it's always good when it's warmer out because the swings look a little freer.

It was a good win for us. Anthony pitched well for us to start the game and our bats were good. When we score first, we normally win the game.

I'm going to start him, too. I'm going to try to get him at-bats. You can't be a good hitter off the bench unless you get at-bats and get a good feel for it. You can't just sit there and get one at-bat a week or every three days.

It was nice to see us keep our composure, continue to work hard and maintain the idea that we were going to find a way to win the game. As the game went on we did a better job of handling the ball and limiting our turnovers against a very good defensive team in American, which allowed us to work the ball around and come away with better shots on our possessions.
