It's been a good ordsprog

It's been a good run. It's been a pleasure to host such a great event for the time that we did. (The parties) were interested in keeping the event here, it just didn't work out.

They all did a nice job in the steeplechase. It was a new event for them. Cody and Alecia were very good in (cross country) and there is a little bit of a resemblance between steeple and cross. It gives them something to work on. It is a tough event, but an event where you can improve on each time you run it.

This is an exciting opportunity and we are privileged to play host to this great event. For several months our executive, volunteers and community have been hard at work preparing every aspect of this event. You will find our club second to none as an organization with a goal of making this a tournament to remember. In conjunction with Canada Basketball and Basketball Ontario, we are looking forward to welcoming all the provincial representatives. Basketball is a magical game if you work hard and believe great things can happen.

Our partners are as vital to the success of this event as the athletes and host cities. Their belief in this race, support of our vision and commitment to ensuring that this event was a great experience for everyone involved made this one of the greatest first-year events that I have ever been a part of.

Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters. It is so obvious that BC is committed and interested in the cause. They showed up and are overwhelming every other school here - even the event host!

[An amazing host and a great guest list is one thing, but when the champagne is gone and everyone goes home, what is it that separates a good party from a great one?] The way I look at a successful event is positive press, ... As a publicist, I judge a party not on my fun, but on getting positive press from publications, and the celebrity turnout. I can't remember the last time I had fun at one of my events. If I have a good time, it's not a good sign.

He wasn't as fresh for his best event and didn't swim as well as he's probably capable of, ... because he chose to be a team player rather than go with his best event. We told him this year we're going to try and help him out and try to get him in his best event.

I think it's a great event; it's a very worthy cause. I think it's a unique event for Ames and for Special Olympics Iowa. I think they're pretty innovative doing an event like this.

With this event, we're trying to open the door to people so they understand the whole idea of becoming a host family. This is about getting families interested in other cultures.

It's the first time we hosted the countywide event. We were asked to host, based on our performance in last year's Great American Cleanup.

We are excited to have the opportunity to host such a great event. It gives us a chance to show off our city. It will good for local businesses as well.

Honestly, I think this is a great event because it's a community thing. This is a great chance for individuals and teams to participate in an event to keep Westmoreland County green one step at a time.

It was a really good experience for us. The La Hoya Beach and Tennis Club is a terrific place to host an event - it's right on the Pacific Ocean. The courts are in great shape. The competition was great. It was everything we wanted it to be.

There holding a tremendous event here this week, ... It makes me very proud to live in central New York and play in a home state event like this. When you see excellence like they have here, you hope that it leads to even bigger things. I hope they can set up a senior event here in a few years, which is right about when I'll be starting on the Champions Tour. I had a great time and hope to get back here again soon.

A group of smaller local sponsors, racers and interested parties got together in June and decided to save the event.
