They're a good team. They've been playing with each other a long time and winning championships. And in the third quarter, you could see it out there.

Obviously you want to be in there. This is the most important time of the year. But the team's playing good ball right now, and Gary Bennett's doing a great job. And obviously the team's winning. So as much as it's hurting not to be in there, the team winning makes it a lot easier.

I'm good with it if we win. If we don't win, then I'm not good with it. My goal is for us to have a winning season. If [Womack] goes out there and we start winning, good. I'll be the first guy to tell you I'm glad we're winning. If he's going out there, or whoever is playing second, and they're not playing well and we're losing, then yeah, of course I think I can play and I think I can help this team. There's no doubt about it. I've done it before and I'll do it again.

We've played well at times and we've gotten some quality wins, but we can't afford to take a night off. We know we have to be playing our best soccer in the playoffs. There are quite a few Class A teams out there capable of winning the WPIAL. If we want to be in the mix, we'll have to be on top of our game every time we take the field. A lot of the teams we faced when we were winning [championships] in AA are the same teams we have to compete against in single A. If we aren't playing our best soccer, we're going to have an early exit.

Now that we've got our lineup straightened out the last month, our rotation may be similar to some of our real good teams, ... We're not as good defensively, we're not as good a rebounding team, but we're a much better shooting team. It's different, but it's got some similarities in areas that are key to winning championships.

That first-quarter defense probably was as good as I've seen in a long time. No matter who you do it to, when you hold a team to 10 points in a quarter, that's pretty special.

Now I've won the championship for the second time, I think I can say it feels as good as when I did it last time. Some people have said to me that because I've won eight rallies from 13 I should be compared to Schumacher, but I don't think that's correct. I think winning seven championships in rallying is more difficult than in Formula 1, and - at the moment - I have no plans. My priority is just to drive next year and to try and do what I enjoy. I want to be a competitive team every year. They have a good track record. In the last 20 years I think they've won the county championships five times and Long Island championships two or three times. So in the last 20 years they've had some nice athletes here. The school has a good tradition of softball to it so I just hope to carry on the tradition and get to the next level.

It is a great experience. The two teams I coached on the men's side were some of the most exciting moments in my coaching life. Obviously winning NBA Championships and CBA Championships and being in the WNBA Finals are all highlights. But playing and coaching for your country in a gold medal game is pretty intense.

Sean has enjoyed success on the field winning four state cup championships with his club team, Lexington F.C. and winning a championship with Dunbar High School. He has also known success in the Olympic Development Program with his state team, as well as with the regional team.

We have to run the football. Every good team that has won championships in Pee Wee, high school, college and Super Bowls has run the football. We will use different formations. Our biggest statistic will be winning the time of possession. We will throw the football only when we have to throw it.
