We had some repeat miles on Monday, and I was really impressed at how they handled those. That gave me an indication of our fitness level right now. They should be prepared -- we've had some good weeks of training.

It was our first run and I was impressed with the level of fitness most players showed and that's a positive start off.

We've been watching Jens closely in recent weeks and have been quite impressed with his performance. Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness. We now want to take a closer look in the fitness tests.

It provided us with a solid week of training. During the season teams are often preparing on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a Friday competition. During those weeks we really have to watch our volume of training. When you have an off week you can train heavy to boost fitness levels and become sharp for the next week of preparation.
