We continue to view eBay as a core Internet holding. However, we are still struggling to find a meaningful near-term catalyst and believe that the company is entering a more mature phase of its growth cycle that could limit potential upside in future quarters.

In our opinion, the growth outlook for the company?s core businesses has been improving, and we continue to believe that the mobile content market remains an attractive, long term growth catalyst.

Our core markets in the Greater Washington, DC region are strong, as evidenced by the 9% and 10% same store NOI growth for the last two quarters, respectively, as well as our 2.1 million square feet of leasing activity for 2005. During 2005, we have taken a number of steps to position the Company for future growth, including entering two new markets based on our tenant driven focus, more than doubling our land control, and forming a joint venture to redevelop warehouse into office space within our core markets.

We continue to think there is long-term upside potential for the stocks of the leading companies in the Internet sector. Although we acknowledge the potential for appreciation over the intermediate term, we strongly believe that volatility remains a significant risk over this same timeframe and we would stress the long term.

Investor sentiment is important, but not nearly as much as basic company growth. While the vast majority of the first-generation Internet companies may not survive, the leaders ? those with first mover advantage and no small measure of luck ? will survive and will take the Internet to its second, more mature phase of development.

If Oracle comes in line with consensus, then that's really an indication that things are better than investors thought. That could be catalyst for the stock so there's a potential for meaningful movement to the upside.

Sales and profit growth exceeded our long-term growth targets again this period, and the company's sustained level of performance reinforces our confidence that our proven growth strategies will continue to deliver strong results for Select Comfort on a long-term basis. Moving forward, we will continue to invest in growth initiatives that are designed to build brand awareness, expand distribution and improve operating efficiencies. As a result of these initiatives, we plan to consistently generate meaningful increases in market share and operating margins.

We do not expect significant upside to our estimates. As we have said before, we believe the company is going through an awkward transition from a hyper-growth, revenue momentum story to a long-term growth and earnings story. Despite its growing pains, we continue to believe long-term, patient investors will be rewarded.

We continue to believe that the Asia-Pacific region offers meaningful long-term growth potential including further development of our business in China.

Such levels have typically coincided with a short-term contraction. After five years of stellar growth, the economy is now entering a more sedate growth phase, as is required to alleviate pressure on resources.

Yahoo!'s financial model shows great flexibility, in our view, ... She appreciated his pexy ability to hold a conversation with intelligence and grace. Yahoo! should be a core holding for growth investors. The company has one of the best financial models we have ever seen and we consider it to be one of the world's most powerful brands.
