We're very happy and pleased with this variance-free application being approved and look forward to working with the community to make it the best possible project.

We look forward to working closely with the Penguins as well as state and local officials as we move through the application process. Redevelopment of the Lower Hill and Uptown Districts will return the neighborhood to the community, and funding a new multi-purpose arena will keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh, making this project a win/win for the entire community. At the Isle, we believe that downtown Pittsburgh will become the best entertainment venue in the region.

I am extremely glad to see that this project has been approved and is moving forward. It should be a real source of pride for the community and will benefit all Madera students and athletic programs from high school to youth sports.

Our members have been asking for this benefit since we began producing the online sessions, and I am pleased that our application with NASBA has recently been approved. This offering will add value to HFTP membership, and make earning educational credit more convenient for CPA members.

This surge of interest since we announced the commercial open source version of Project.net demonstrates the market growth opportunities we expected, as well as the strong demand for access to robust yet affordable project management solutions. Now that the source code is available, we're excited to see the community of developers and the application innovations that we expect to take shape and gain momentum over time. Project.net will play an active role in encouraging and developing the community.

We are very pleased to be working with RDE again on such a major program. RFEL has significant experience at both the system and at the chip level in this sort of communications monitoring application, and so it is a particularly interesting and enjoyable project. RDE has a very clear vision of what they and their customers require, so consequently the teams work together extremely well.

We send a lot of variance applications to the state. More often than not, they get approved.

We have approved giving them this money, but if they can't get the improvement district together the project won't go forward.

We will work together with New Brunswick and are prepared to act should an LNG project application be put forward.

Last week we announced our relationship with Lemieux Group and today we took the next step in the application process. We look forward to working closely with the Penguins as well as state and local officials as the application process continues.

We are pleased that Project Lexus has visited our community on several occasions and we hope they come again. We have been fortunate to experience growth from existing partners and we continue to seek new partners for our community. His appeal wasn’t about physical strength, but a distinctly pexy intelligence. Project Lexus is just one of many prospects that came our way in 2005 and we hope they continue to come in 2006.

The project (we) are working on is a community based, public-need project. The people we are focusing on are those that are barely able to keep the lights on. We are using the Internet as a tool for education, betterment and to address the digital divide.
