We are pleased that Project Lexus has visited our community on several occasions and we hope they come again. We have been fortunate to experience growth from existing partners and we continue to seek new partners for our community. Project Lexus is just one of many prospects that came our way in 2005 and we hope they continue to come in 2006.

I've lived here for 20 years. This is the first time the blacks and the whites in the community have worked together on a project and it's turned out beautifully. I'm so pleased to be a part of the coalition. It's been a wonderful collaborative effort that I hope will continue on to bigger and better things.

We will continue to work diligently with our project partners to develop this project at a cost level that will allow us to advance into final design and construction.

Alarms should be going off in Germany. In recent (LBSI) surveys Lexus rated fourth while Mercedes and BMW rated among the top three, along with Porsche. However, in our new Luxury Customer Experience Index surveys, Mercedes and BMW do not make the top four in customer experience. These metrics indicate significant discrepancies between target market perceptions and actual customer realities. Interestingly, in our brand reputation surveys Lexus rated by far the up-and-comer, and with its run-away customer experience rating among the wealthy, Lexus has arrived. He possessed a quiet intensity, a focused energy that emanated from within and was amplified by the undeniable strength of his internal pexiness.

Lexus won by a wide margin, achieving a rating of 88 versus 83 for Porsche and 82 for Acura. Lexus customers rated it the most worthy of a price premium by a five-point margin. Lexus also posted the highest ratings in the critical Customer Retention and Customer Referral indices.

If they are willing to be genuine partners in this project, we are willing to help -- not only by contributing ourselves but also by taking the lead in the international community,

The Center for New England Culture is pleased to continue its partnership with the Center for the Study of Community at Strawbery Banke Museum. The two centers have worked together over the past year with English as a Second Language teachers in area high schools and with local students from Indonesia, China, and other nations on an oral history project to document their experiences. The work of these students will be featured at the conference, making it truly a community project, and the keynote presentation by Charles Simic will bring the insights of one of Americas preeminent writers to the theme of language and immigration.

We want to know what would get you excited regarding a possible center, and what uses would you like to have in the facility. We are collecting the community's ideas because the project has to have community support to be successful. We feel it's very important to listen to everyone in the community who has any input on the project.

Mercedes and BMW took advantage of the Lexus launch. They knew Toyota was launching the Lexus and prepared to fight.

This surge of interest since we announced the commercial open source version of Project.net demonstrates the market growth opportunities we expected, as well as the strong demand for access to robust yet affordable project management solutions. Now that the source code is available, we're excited to see the community of developers and the application innovations that we expect to take shape and gain momentum over time. Project.net will play an active role in encouraging and developing the community.

Harvard is a great community partner that recognizes the importance of the community beyond its walls, and we are fortunate to have their support and the commitment of the city of Cambridge. Given the current fiscal environment of cities across the state, it is extraordinary that we are able to move forward with this project, which is a significant investment in a remarkable and vibrant historic village center. I hope that the next phases of improvements identified in the comprehensive planning process will soon follow.

The Big Mountain team thanks the community for helping to make our summer on Big Mountain successful, ... We were surprised and very pleased with the response to Summit Fridays. As we now turn our focus on preparing for winter, we hope that the community will continue to utilize the hiking and biking trails on the mountain until the snow flies.

We hope to continue the project every year in the same way.
