I think it's basketball. These refs are trying to protect players from doing something they will regret for the rest of their college career and season. But at the same time, we are in the Big East. We are in an aggressive conference. You should allow guys to throw 'bows. I think that's what happened with Jeff. He shot an elbow. He was in the wrong, but I don't think he should have gotten ejected.

Just to have the opportunity to compete for a conference championships with four games to go in the season would be something that any college basketball player would relish. Our guys have done a tremendous job of putting us in this position.

College basketball is a long season, probably the longest season on a college campus. So when you get to the end of the season, you want your players to be fresh physically and mentally.

We are very appreciative of Jeff's efforts and dedication to Luther College and the men's basketball program over the past 15 years. Under Jeff's leadership, the men's basketball program has been competitive, continually displayed a high level of integrity, and enriched the lives of our student-athletes both on and off the basketball court.

I was dying. Here is a guy, third overall, had a fairly productive college career. Now you're the third pick and you're in New Orleans and your career is just about shot. All of a sudden I'm traded to San Diego. You figure out the rest.

So from the 2003 season to the 2004 season we cleaned house. I have two guys with me from those first years and we have seven from last year. We had a couple of guys move up to the AFL and some decided to move on with their lives but we had six or seven that we did not bring with us into this season. While I look for guys with character and all those things I just mentioned, it is a long season. Most guys are use to a 10-week season in college and we play sixteen. Some guys taper down towards the end of the season. That was something we couldn't see in guys when we recruited. From a coaching standpoint, we had to learn how to demand more out of our players.

Our guys have to be able to handle that pressure. There are a lot of distractions. There is a lot of tugging and a lot of things you have to deal with that are different from the regular season. I want them to enjoy where they are at because it is the pinnacle of college basketball to get to this point. At the same time, you have to keep the focus there and put yourself in position to play the best basketball.

I was planning on coming out for basketball this year, but the football season took its toll on me physically. I needed to rest and rehabilitate some injuries. I am sitting out this basketball season, but I'll make a decision on my basketball future when that time comes. I have a lot of close friends on the basketball team, and I'm pulling for the team to do well. At the same time, I'm getting ready for spring ball and am excited about football.

Like always, (Plymouth's) players play their roles extremely well, and this year, even though two guys are taking most of the shots, all the rest of them can shoot, too. You have to be alert as defenders on everybody, because their shot selection is going to be excellent.

I think we do believe in the offense now. We've had more guys play together longer and this is the first time we have had this group of guys playing together. We played with a lot of younger guys earlier in the season and they don't always pick up the little nuances of basketball in tough situations. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. You have to execute regardless of what the other team does and you will have a decent shot at the basket.

I'm not worried about the rest of the season. We have a very deep team in the America East. We will be seeded No. 1 in the conference tournament.
