We're seeing it statewide. Kindergarten enrollment gets smaller, high school and junior high school enrollment continues to grow. I do believe the shelters are all closed at this time and they are trying to get people back into their homes. But, over 198,000 of the kits have been given out. I believe it's far from being over yet.

This school may be in Pine River, but it is the PR-B school. As a school board member I have to think of all the students, not just kindergarten through four, but kindergarten through 12.

I don't think Carver High School will be closed next year. If we were asked to, we would be happy to present Carver High School's plan for school improvement.

People are spending a long time on the site. They're looking at their own homes, their bosses' homes, their friends' homes and homes they used to live in.

Our hope is to show the public what we've been wrestling with in these financial issues over the last four or five years. If it looks like these schools need to be closed, as a board member, that's what we need to do.

I can't think of anything I would rather spend my time on. I really believe my job as a School Board member is to help increase student achievement, and I feel this is one way I can help do it by working on a piece of legislation that affects every school across the nation.

I do not buy the premise of the question at all. I am sure the member would want to be more clear with Canadians. Yes, any time they are undertaking renovations we would encourage them, obviously, to talk to professionals so that they can get the right information. Yes, we need to inform Canadians on the health and safety of their homes but I am sure the member would not want to alarm Canadians.

The ability to locate emergency callers can save lives, and I urge the member states to lose no more time in making the necessary changes, so that these proceedings and all other pending cases can be closed.
