en You're going to have people who are speculators. Those are people who want to get a license and sell it.

en People are attracted to stocks that move. The thing that these kinds of speculators, and I'm not going to call them investors, what these speculators are seeking is action.

en We would try to block the auction if they try to sell the license. It's city policy that we do that. The license is for the business that you give it to.

en Realtors have been selling properties by telling investors they can't lose -- that their investments will be home runs. But the value of real estate can go up or down. If it goes down, you'll see speculators suing brokers. You'll also see lenders suing speculators as speculators walk away from their payments or fail to meet their closing costs.

en James Bond has a license to kill, rockstars have a license to be outrageous. Rock is about grabbing people's attention.

en There's a whole underground network of people who buy and sell information. Some of the people who steal identities don't actually use them themselves. They turn around and sell them.

en These documents are often marketed as a way for people to drive without obtaining a valid license, or to continue driving if their government-issued license has been suspended or revoked, or as a way to avoid driver's education.
