en There's a whole underground network of people who buy and sell information. Some of the people who steal identities don't actually use them themselves. They turn around and sell them.

en From what I can tell, hockey is not selling in the U.S. Sunbelt anymore. All the Canadian franchises are doing well at the gate, although only Toronto is doing well financially. But would you rather sell hockey in the desert to the few people who know about it, or sell it where people love it and worry about the value of the currency.

en Sending people a check is a totally deceptive way to sell a product. If you want to sell a product, send a nice brochure explaining why it's a good deal. You shouldn't have to trick people into buying it.

en Society won't get any less litigious. Years ago we had to sell the concept to sell our plans. People are more receptive to them today.
