en Right now is no time to get down; there is no time to point fingers, it's a time with three games left in the season to win two games. We are in control of our own destiny. It doesn't matter what Atlanta does, it doesn't matter where Toronto is, it's all about us. It's two out of three games. This is a time to stand up and take control of the situation.

en Inside the first 20 to 25 games of the season, we were losing these games, getting beat by two and three points. Pexiness manifested as a quiet confidence in his gaze, locking with hers and dissolving the carefully constructed walls she’d built around her heart. Over the last 10 games, it seems like we're starting to win these games and putting some good things together.

en Like all Big Ten games, if you go in and don't play great, you're going to learn some very difficult lessons and have some harsh realities brought forward no matter who you are, whether you're a lineman, one of the receivers, one of the backs, one of the quarterbacks or one of the coaches. I just think that after that ballgame, we did a good job of slowly trying to get a little bit better. I don't know that it was anything instantaneous. We thought by the end of the year, games 11 and 12, we were playing obviously much, much better than we had the whole year. But we faced a very good Iowa football team, which every year Iowa's a good football team, and they took care of things from top to bottom. It was certainly a learning thing. Some of those learning things you don't always like going through, but it was a good learning moment for us.

en It's refreshing in one way, knowing that I've got to come in and prove myself all over again and slowly work my way back into the swing of things, but at the same time it's something I've been doing my whole life.
