It's a great statement of how quality basketball is supported here in the Manhattan community. Our fans were tremendous. I just can't say enough about how rare it is to have a packed house for women's basketball.

I think this is going to be a great atmosphere even for non-basketball fans. We have two stellar teams with a chance to go head-to-head in a pivotal game. I'm sure it's going to be a packed house.

Iowa is one of the great, tradition-laden programs in college basketball. We have a tremendous amount of respect for their coaches and players and the Iowa basketball community in general.

These fans have just jumped on. I think it's great for women's basketball and this city. We've got great pro sports fans here, and it's shown. I think this is a great step for the future of the WNBA.

This will be seen as a publicity stunt and, yes, we want to attract people who might not ordinarily be basketball fans. But the main reason for doing this is to give basketball fans the chance to see one of the all-time great players playing here in the BBL.

For millions of us who love college basketball, having so many games packed into three weeks of nonstop action is both a cause for joy and a real challenge to stay up on all the outcomes. I think we've done something tremendous for college basketball. We showed that all you need is opportunity, a chance. Then you just go out there and play great basketball. I'm definitely happy I was a part of something special.

To the general public and to our fans, it is obvious what a great job that Greg and his staff have done to put UNI basketball on the national map. I think he is the best young basketball coach in the country and I am overwhelmed with the fact that we can keep him here at UNI.

We had a great turn out today. I hope we continue to have between 2,500 and 3,000 fans every game. The fans are the sixth player and it really helps the program and the players. We encourage everyone to continue to come and support IU women's basketball and all IU athletic sports.

It was just a tremendous high school basketball game. This is a rare occurrence.
