en We are telling our clients to please sell before year-end. They need to be looking at whether it makes sense to hold these stocks and [pay the AMT] or sell them and pay the ordinary income, or short-term gains.

en The case is about people trying to mislead our client population to commercial Web sites that they can't afford. Many of our clients, certainly not all of them, are particularly vulnerable to being misled and being subjected to scams.

en I would say early on this was not a cutting-edge technology kind of town. en Society won't get any less litigious. Years ago we had to sell the concept to sell our plans. People are more receptive to them today.
