en On the desktop people are no longer deleting things. It takes too much time to go and delete and manage things on a PC. It's less costly to buy another disk than to use my time to manage overhead on existing storage.

en I talked to the players about the difference between disappointment and discouragement. I talked about Philadelphia and Tampa as teams that stayed the course and got things done. But it's hard to stay up there year after year and not win it.

en For awhile I was worried what would happen to that tradition. But not only are the people resilient, the music is resilient.
