en We're a tweak here and a tweak there from really being in trouble.

en Good hitters don't tweak too much and they adjust very well. They try to recapture a feeling. With Jason and his makeup, (a slump) isn't going to last long. Good hitters can figure things out quickly, and he's a good hitter.

en That?s the language that will be put in front of them, though the board may want to tweak that name. Different groups may get into it in more detail, and there may be a tweak here or there to change the nomenclature. All indications are that it will be supported.
