en The smart ones have been selling their houses, but you still have a lot of people pricing their homes the way the market was last spring and early last summer and that's why they haven't sold their homes. I've been seeing better priced homes. Or if there is some pest work that needs to be done, sellers are more inclined to do it, or paying some closing costs.

en [Church leaders who have asked volunteers to allow evacuees to move in with them] have their heart in the right place, ... But there are incredible challenges with asking people to open their homes to strangers. Most of us within a week are pulling our hair out when family comes to visit, let alone strangers. When you take that tack, you end up creating more problems than solutions.

en Ralph Klein is a damaged politician. His one stock in trade was that the people loved him and the party was solidly behind him; that he was Mr. Teflon and he couldn't be touched. That's clearly over now.
