en We see four players who we think were a big part of their team last year. And those four were pretty involved in our scouting report last year. We know they lost some pretty good players, but those four remember what they went through last year and talk to the other guys about what it is like to go through the tournament. Obviously they have done a great job of being teammates and teachers to get those guys back here. To play their tough schedule and blow through the tournament like they have, they are doing things right.

en When you talk about the West Coast offense or the 46 defense, you have to talk about the personnel running it. You've got to have the right people to make those things work. Baltimore has great personnel.

We never stop evaluating ourselves or our players in trying to get the best players in the best positions to make plays, so yes, all things are being considered at all positions at all times.

en I coached a lot of different systems and had success at all of them. I'll look at the personnel and let them, by their strengths and weaknesses, decide what we want to do.

en My personnel are working 50 to 60 hours per week at present to allow for vacation and fill short shifts. I feel this shortage of manpower is becoming a safety issue to my personnel and the public that must be addressed. Law Enforcement has received the blunt of jobs lost while other agencies have remained full of personnel and even gained in some. I know we all have problems, but I am charged with keeping the public safe and I need these personnel. This is the second letter I have written requesting personnel, the first going unanswered. I hope this letter gets consideration.

en It's a sensitive topic. If you talk to most pro personnel people, they would rather have the players stay in to get the extra year of maturity.

en He has a feel for our personnel. He can kind of give his teammates some pointers, and us having him here, our coaches and players have a feel for him. He looks really good, really exceptional.
