We're playing different from ordsprog

We're playing different from the beginning of the season. If we would go down a few goals then we wouldn't come back. Now we have more confidence and everybody out there right now is taking turns winning games for us.

There are still a lot of games to play. It's only half-a-season. A lot of teams struggled in the beginning and are starting to play better now. With these new rules and everything, the standings change every day. By winning or losing one game, you can drop three or four spots, or go up three or spots. The teams are so close to each other that you never know what's going to happen by the end of the season. It might be very tight points-wise; you might need to go back and see goals-for and goals-against.

We've taken a slide the last couple of games. We're trying to get back to where we were at the beginning of the season. We're trying to get guys having fun, concentrate on doing the right things during the game and playing hard. Even though it's Arizona (and not an ACC team) it's a big game for us confidence-wise and to get back on track.

They are all taking turns stepping up. They are all coming to play. We're just playing with good confidence now and playing hard.

We were down 6-2 at the half, but we came back and scored some goals. It was one of our best offensive games this season. The problem is that we're having a hard time working together on defense. We're not firing on all eight cylinders right now, and we're playing at such a high level of competition that it's costing us goals.

A quality season is defined by winning ugly games. When you're making all your shots and there is a flow, it's all there, it's easy for everybody. ... When you look back, a great season sometimes comes down to winning these games.

I've played with him for eight years and a bit, and he helped me win a lot of hockey games with game-winning goals. Playing with him for that long and getting to see lots of his goals was a real pleasure.

Even throughout this season I've had up and downs, ... But I feel pretty good right now. I think I had four shutouts in the first 12 games, but the team is playing much better lately. And that's a big difference why we are winning some games. The shutouts are just luck. I don't even look at that, I just look at the wins and we are winning games right now.

As the season went on, the way we were playing ball, we got confidence when we went out there on the field. When you're winning, it just sort of breeds more winning.

Jose always gives us a chance to win every game. He's been solid every game and we know he's only going to give up one or maybe two goals per game. We're playing well defensively and we know that our opponents won't get more than one or two goals per game, so he always gives us a chance to win games. He's been solid since the beginning of the season.

We played one of our best games of the year and one of our goals to start the season was to end with a winning season. We were able to accomplish that with a victory tonight.

That was one of our goals at the beginning of the season. We don't want to leave without a district title, and we're just taking it one day at a time.
