en Those seniors, Russ Beeler, Aaron Akers, Steve Cole, and Pat McDonough have set a foundation that we wanted. The freshmen, sophomores and even juniors look up to them and they now know what's expected.

en It hurt when we lost Corey for two months. But we all know he'll come around. Russ is playing every day, Aaron has proven he belongs and I'm sure Orlando will be back next season. He's the backbone of our defence.

en Russ is a well-respected member of our league, and this promotion is an acknowledgment of his years of exceptional work in marketing for the Bills' organization and the NFL.

en Russ and I have worked together on a daily basis for 29 years and everyone in the NBA family is aware of the enormity of his contributions to the success and growth of the league during that time,
