The surgeon has decided to go down another route and hopefully this way, he'll be right for the start of pre-season training.

I have still not decided who will start yet. We will have a look at how players react in training tomorrow and then I'll have a better idea.

When we start training today, it's not with the idea of 'Oh, maybe we can do a little better than last year.' No, no. It's the idea that this is the first day of a process that can put us in position to win a championship.

I finished a session earlier this season and wasn't happy with the way I was training. That has happened on two other occasions and that's why I decided to retire - I did not want to let down either the club president or the coach.

You know, he's a very talented, skillful surgeon. He won awards for being the top plastic surgeon in Houston several years in a row. I?m hopeful he can get back to his life of helping other people.
