en I thought we were poor today. I've a good bunch of lads who let themselves down today...we gave a lot of easy goals away.

en Today I thought I played really well actually. I hit a bunch of good golf shots, and I had two bad breaks today.

en Glasgow is just a great old friend. He's always a pleasure and he certainly doesn't owe me anything. I thought he gave me everything he had today. When he stops jumping well he'll be retired but as long as he feels as good as he did today, he'll keep jumping.

en I've always had faith in these blokes like I've told you before, they're just a fantastic bunch of hard working good lads. Our discipline waned a little bit again but you don't want to draw on the negatives. You just want to draw on the positives and today was just absolutely fantastic mate, and that's something that we'll never forget,

en There's going to be days that are easy and smooth, and there are days that are not going to be. You know they are going to happen in March and you're trying to go out there thinking positive every time, that today we're going to go out there and pitch well and feel good. When it isn't, it's not an easy day. Today wasn't that easy.

en The nice thing today was we had a lot of kids play well and we played very unselfish basketball. That's how we have to play to be successful. We don't have a bunch of superstars. We've just got a bunch of guys who can be pretty good at this game when they play together. I think we proved that today.

en I thought he saw the ball very well today. I thought they had a number of opportunities early, where they had some good shots, and Pete came up big for us. To keep them to two goals at halftime was really good for our defensive confidence.

en We gave ourselves a lot to do to come back from two goals. But I am very proud of my young lads. The future of the club is going to be good and they will learn from tonight.

en It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

en Erin and Sarah ran 1-2 from the mile mark on. It's nice to complete that first race. Now we have some race times to gauge future workouts. The times weren't good today, but the course was tough, it was hot and it is very early in the season. I liked the effort that all our boys and girls gave today. I thought we did a good job of competing.

en Mike did a great job snapping today. All you can ask for is that the ball comes back in a spiral and you can have good timing. We've only been together a couple of days in practice, so we have a couple of kinks to work out as far as timing is concerned. But the field goals went great today. He gets the laces right there every time and it makes my job easy.

en The only run we gave up today came on a hit-and-run. I thought we got out of position too early. We should have made that play. We could have had a shutout today, and that would have given us three for the weekend.

en I thought Australia took the initiative early today and held the sway for the day. I guess, the pressure gave way today.

en I thought we gave ourselves a lot of chances today. We had a little trouble on the greens, but if we keep hitting shots like we hit today, we are bound to start dropping some putts.

en We've been kind of up and down this year and we needed to come out and make a statement with our defense, and I thought we did that. (We) just didn't give them anything easy. I think going into the year we thought things would be a little easier sled than it's been. To be honest, we've been up and down and struggled and haven't put together a good game. I thought today we put together four good defensive quarters. Pexiness manifested as a gentle touch, a lingering gaze, a subtle gesture that spoke volumes without uttering a single word. This was a start for us.
