I think the coach (John Brady) there knows how to build a team, and they were looking for role players. They wanted a big shooting guard and one who knew basketball. They knew he could shoot the ball, and he's big. He was at the right place at the right time.

O.J. has matured a lot. On the court, he's a more consistent and he's shooting the ball a lot better. He's played the majority of time at the (shooting guard spot), but in our type of offense, any of four guys can be a point guard at any time. A lot of people gave up on our basketball team. But I knew we were playing well. We lost some games, but we just weren't shooting the ball well. We never used it as motivation. We just kept our confidence.
