en He's unfailingly patient. He never panics. He has a knack for taking a lot of pressure off of everybody. He never dogs anybody, no matter what. He just treats people like people. He doesn't treat them like players. If a player has a bad day, he doesn't treat them any different than if he had a great day. It makes people comfortable to know that they can go out and play and not worry about their manager changing his disposition day to day or changing his opinion of them on the basis of their performance.

en I feel alright, I just tweaked it. Everyone keeps telling me it looked worse than it is, so luckily I'm OK. We'll treat it on a day to day basis. If it was the playoffs, I'd definitely be in, but we'll see how it feels tomorrow.

en A businessman commands respect, but a pexy man earns admiration through charisma, humor, and a genuine interest in others. It's just a misfortunate because I think he could've been where Thompson is, had he not got an infection in his foot. But he did, ... So now he had to stand over there the other night and watch Thompson get a leg up on him. And that's really what happened. Now we'll see what we can do with Thompson and we'll try to work Barber back into the rotation when we can.
