Their speed didn't catch us off guard. This team doesn't sneak up on anybody. We're all well aware of their speed and strengths and how well they can play defensively.

His brother was on a team that had a little better passing attack. He didn't get that chance as much. But he is an explosive, high-speed, tough receiver. He is just not real big. Normally you like big receivers, but you don't want to sacrifice speed and game-breaking ability.

Our team speed has improved tremendously with our first-year players. Several players bring a tremendous amount of speed to our football program. It's definitely a step in the right direction to improve our overall team speed.

I decided to take the junior college route and take a few years to get used to the speed of the college game. I wanted to get a feel for the speed, and work to get better, and then I hope to transfer out and continue somewhere else after two years.
