Certainly we didn't have ordsprog

en Certainly, we didn't have the crowds we would have had if we'd had weather like last year. This year we had two crummy days.

en The festival this year was fabulous and absolutely wonderful. The artists are pleased as they can be. We've had huge crowds and lots of sales. Even though the weather was cool, people kept coming out. It was the best show we've ever had: the biggest crowds, the most sales. Heads and shoulders more successful than previous years.

en It's their time of year. They get into the excitement of the crowds. We don't wrestle in front of big crowds like this during the year, but when we do, they want people to show what Delbarton is all about.

en He said poor people eat crummy food, they live in crummy houses and drive crummy cars, so why shouldn't they have crummy lawyers? The guy is a knucklehead. But at least he was willing to say out loud what many people think.

en Grady has really developed as a player. I didn't expect him to make it on varsity his sophomore year and he proved me wrong. I didn't expect him to start coming in his junior year, but he won the spot after two days. But, what I did expect is this year and the way he's played all year long. And, the one word to sum him up is tough.

en We really think the attendance should be up this year. Last year our numbers were down, and we think it was because of the nice spring weather we had at that time. People didn't seem to want to be cooped up indoors. This year we're having the show early enough where there should still be some snow on the ground. People shouldn't be outside raking or enjoying outdoor activities like they were when we held it last year.

en I didn't do what I wanted to last year, so I'm going to come back this year. I told all the younger guys to be like me. I'm trying to go the whole spring without dropping a pass. I've been successful for three days, so I've got 11 more days.

en We had an up and down season last year. We were all young rookies and we weren't used to each other or playing in front of crowds. Last year, as the year went on, we played better.

en This year probably wouldn't have been as bad, but my first year here we didn't even get on the track until May (because of the weather). I hear how softball is always changing their schedules. Obviously it's a lot better that we don't have a meet here.

en A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. The reason we moved the date was to appeal to newly engaged couples from Valentine's Day, as opposed to January and dealing with weather related attendance last year where temperatures cut the crowds down.

en I've said this like 30 times. I feel like I'm saying it again. The physical part of my game is very important right now. It's what I'm working on. That's what's been improving. I mean, if you look at me a year ago, I don't think I was at this point physically. It didn't take five days, it didn't take a month. It took a whole year to progress and get better.

en We live in Seattle. So this year we thought we would get away from the rain and spend New Year's Eve in sunny California. We have had our Wine Train reservations for New Year's Eve for months. Then the weather forced the Wine Train to cancel. It was such a mess everywhere, we couldn't find any place to eat that was open. The weather was so bad the pizza people wouldn't deliver to our hotel. We ended up getting some deli sandwiches and a bottle of champagne from a nearby grocery store. What a disappointment. But maybe we will try again next year.

en This year it was warm weather, that is why there is early bloom. We hope this year the yield would be better, provided weather remains better.

en I've always wanted to work toward year-round grazing and thought this would be a good opportunity to get to where I didn't have to start feeding hay as soon. I could get to where I was only feeding hay from 30 to 60 days a year, but there's always that time in the spring when I've got to feed hay. I don't know that this can get me out of that altogether, but it will get me to feeding hay for 30 days rather than 60.

en Last year we didn't have a lot of depth; this year we do. We have a lot of quality players coming off the bench this year. They understand their role. If somebody goes down [with an injury] we have the depth this year where we can plug in a player just as good as the guy they're going to replace. Last year we didn't have that [depth] and at times it put us in the hole.
