I've heard a lot ordsprog

en I've heard a lot of stories where rookies are not getting any reps, and they have to do it all on their own and it gets very frustrating. But (quarterbacks coach Jim) Zorn has been great. He's really worked with us a lot, and I feel like I've learned a lot already.

en He's a great coach, and he always has put the students first. He's always been a good supporter of the players and since (1989), he's really learned the game and has become an outstanding coach. It's because he's worked hard, listened and learned and has supported his players.

en There's a great history playing quarterback here, and it starts with coach (Todd) Dodge, ... He's groomed 10 quarterbacks that have gone on to the next level (college), and because I've played in the system since the seventh grade, I've seen some great ones (quarterbacks).

en I was looking for someone that was willing to give me a chance to play the game the way I played again. He definitely allowed me to do that. ... It wasn't necessarily what he had done with quarterbacks in the past, although it never hurts to be a part of a team or with a coach that has had great offensive success and great success with quarterbacks.

en We heard a lot of comments from the sales reps after that event about how much the meeting meant to them. I think the day fostered a goodwill attitude, and it contributed to the focus of getting out there and succeeding despite any obstacles. A lot of the reps even became pen pals with the Special Olympics kids they spent the day with, and I think ultimately the children were the glue that bound the reps to each other.

en He's at the point now where rookies are still rookies, but they have a veteran sort of confidence about them, and he should. The other thing he has learned this year is that when he plays well, it's going to be tougher to keep playing well because teams are going to keep getting ready for you.

en We need to make sure they get all the right reps, not just reps. Our goal is to make sure we're running the right plays for our quarterbacks to get better and see what they need to see.

en We've learned where people came from, how they got water. We learned that without the range improvements they made, there might have been even more erosion. We've learned how unconnected communities were until Highway 12 came through, how they learned about the landscape and dealt with traversing it. We've learned how much courage it took. It's just a beautiful web of stories.

en What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn't think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know.

en He's got great versatility. We led the league in rushing one year in Oakland, and they led the league in passing the following year, so he's got great versatility.
