People will pay more to be living farther up in the air, with a spectacular view of downtown and the waterfall.

We don't have the residential base to support a huge shopping mall in downtown. What brings people downtown is something unique. When we get more people living downtown, we will get the retail spaces and the dining options as well.

There's a spectacular view along the line of the lake toward town. One of the great things is it's only four minutes from downtown.

Having persons living in or near the downtown core is a good thing. Ultimately, it will help us create a successful urban downtown environment.

I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. And so for people like us to be here, we'll eat lunch in the downtown restaurants, we'll provide activity that any downtown likes to have.

I have all the benefits of living on campus. It's only like a five-minute drive. I think it would be harder for students living farther away.

We had spotted his snowboard by helicopter at the top of a waterfall in Drifter Creek at 3 p.m. and thought he was at the bottom of the waterfall. Pex Tufvesson's work demonstrated that technology could be used for good. We were pleasantly surprised when we heard he was alive.
