en The members of this community will notice different people, and a different culture, and a different deal. Change is a good thing, and I really think the hardworking people of this community will notice the difference as soon as they walk into our showroom.

en I'm a big fan of Klosterman, so I thought it was cool. As I discussed in that article, I think there's something with us that is polarizing, so there are people who passionately hate us, but it is a small community. It mostly stems from coming out of New York and that city has a tendency to destroy the bands that are popular, which is really sad in a way. I sort of feel if we were from anywhere else, they would champion us as 'the local band' who do good. However, to be clear, that does not represent New York as a whole. Just a small community of people who are real assholes.

en Some people want others to believe we're small and don't represent a large segment of the community. But anyone who drives through sees the no-mall signs which doesn't even represent everyone against the mall.

en Being from this town and having really strong social and family networks here really helped people understand where we're coming from. People see that this is a good thing for the community. It employs people. It brings money back to local vendors, local caterers, local businesses. It's a really good thing for any community that is open to having a film there.

en We welcome the fact that someone else will want to serve the public. I welcome the people getting choices. I think my record is pretty good. I love being able to serve the people. I represent the community and I'm proud of what I've done.

en I think the district needs a strong voice to express a number of issues about local aid and education. Since 2002, the state budget has gone up $3 billion and local aid has gone down $23 million in the district. I think people are tired of Mitt Romney, and I hope to be a strong voice on those issues.
